We managed to keep ourselves from being buried during the snow storm this last weekend. Kurt got to use his snow blower! That was exciting. Now we have to hope that when all of the snow melts we don't get flooded!
I am officially done with winter. The warm weather can not come soon enough. We have been making TO DO lists for the spring, hopefully willing it to happen! It makes it worse
when you see that it's 77 degrees in Guat. and a warm day in WNY is 40 degrees.
Please continue to keep us in your prayers. Pray for the Guatemalan government to work in a timely fashion and that the US government will continue to allow adoptions. Remember all the families who are in-process now and are eagerly waiting to bring their babies home. There are a lot of unknowns at this point. April 1 is the cut off but that doesn't mean it will all be taken care of by then.
Keeping our fingers crossed and hoping for the best!

HI! It's Cheri (aka Malaena's Mom). Nikki at Blogs for a Cause customized my blog. Her proceeds go toward her mission trip to D.R. this summer. I think there is a link of my blog or you can google Blogs for a Cause, I am sure. I pray you get good news April 1, and I get MY OUT NEWS before April 1! God bless, Cheri
