We haven't heard anything truly specific but we are chasing the rainbows today!
We are wishing on this lucky day for things to go our way!
"We've heard some positive news about Guatemala but I'm not at
liberty to share it with anyone yet."
And this is from a message board that I like to read.
GUATEMALA
"We do not have the details on the new procedures yet. But nothing negative or frightening has come from the new CA so I presume they are ironing out the details.
Nothing is "on time" in adoption. Hang in there. For all the tempestuousness and unpredictability of the adoption procedures in Guatemala, it remains such a great country to be a part of - through your children. I am hopeful that their new President will be able to curb the economic spiral and help people of all backgrounds get more education and find work where they are treated with respect.
I hope especially for women and children, that the Guatemalan laws that are designed to protect them are more consistently enforced."

A little humor...
The Miracle of Adoption
"We witness a miracle every time a child enters into life. But those who make their journey home across time and miles, growing within the hearts of those who wait to love them, are carried on the wings of destiny and placed among us by God's very own hands."
