Thank you for your thoughts and prayers!

If it seems slow, do not despair,
for these things will surely come to pass.
Just be patient!

Orientation Certificate

We have been notified on what we need to do to obtain our Orientation Certificate.

As a result of the United States signing The Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption treaty, families adopting internationally are now required to take part in a ten hour Parent Education Program. This training is to be completed before the adoptive parents travel to adopt their child.

Developed by two outstanding agencies, long experienced in the international adoption field, their courses feature thought provoking content, interactive learning activities, extensive resources and true adoption experiences. Families may choose courses from a list of ten different topics; tailor making their program to best fit their situation.
So there you have it. This is what we will be working on while we wait!

The Miracle of Adoption
"We witness a miracle every time a child enters into life. But those who make their journey home across time and miles, growing within the hearts of those who wait to love them, are carried on the wings of destiny and placed among us by God's very own hands."
